Sencha 100g

This fukamushi sencha is a blend of Yabukita, Saemidori and Yutakamidori cultivars grown in the Kagoshima region of Kyushu, Japan. The sub-tropical climate of Kagoshima and volcanic soil from the nearby Sakurajima mountain make for perfect growing conditions and the deep-steaming method used for fukamushi sencha make for a well-rounded umami-forward taste with zero astringency. It's as easy to drink as it is to brew.

NOTE: Due to a mistake in printing, the tub says 75g rather than 100g. Rest assured the tube contains 100g of tea.

Recommended Brewing:

3-5g of leaf

100ml of water

Brew for 1-2 minutes at 175°F
